Rising life expectancy to help lower insurance premium

Life insurance premium rates are likely to drop over the next few months owing to longer life expectancy, with a new mortality and morbidity table expected to be in place by the fourth quarter of 2009 to replace the current one, which is of 1994-96 vintage.
The new rates will include the claim experience of individual companies and will be based on 2006-08 data.

QUALIFIED institutional placement (QIP) is a capital raising tool, whereby a listed company can issue equity shares, fully and partly convertible debentures, or any securities other than warrants, which are convertible into equity shares, to a qualified institutional buyer (QIB). Apart from preferential allotment, this is the only other speedy method of private placement for companies to raise money. It scores over other methods, as it does not involve many of the common procedural requirements, such as the submission of pre-issue filings to the market regulator.

The day trader’s currency trading strategy is usually made up of a multitude of signals, which trigger buy or sell decisions. Forex trading strategies are available for free, for a fee or are developed by the traders themselves.

Thankfully the fruits of long term financial planning, which have been available only in the organized sector, will now be available to the unorganized sector, the self employed as well as all others who don’t come under the ambit of any pension system.
